What is Touch for Health Kinesiology?

Touch for Health is the most widely used system of Kinesiology in the world. Training is open to anyone interested in health care and self help and is internationally recognised as a fundamental training for Kinesiology.

Touch for Health is a simplified version of the non manipulative basic Applied Kinesiology, developed by John Thie. It offers a safe, effective way to maintain health and wellbeing that is available to people with no previous knowledge of the body or how it works.

The Touch for Health (TFH) series of courses begins with TFH 1.

There are, however a number of mini workshops that one can attend before TFH 1 and many instructors run introductory days.

Two mini workshops taught here in the UK which follow the same format worldwide are Tibetan Energy and Stress Release Made Easy. Other mini workshops have been developed by innovative instructors and cover topics such as:

    • Natural Vision Improvement
    • Food and Supplements
    • Improving sports skills
    • Back Pain
    • Emotional Stress Release
    • Goal Balancing
    • Aches and Pains

Instructors may also be available to give talks/demonstrations, lead discussion groups, teach in your local schools, work with sports teams and athletes. Please contact us for details of your local instructor.
